your coolant bypass hose clamp is missing.JasonMiller94SC said:I took off my stock blower pully today and was putting on a 5% pully and something just didn't look right. Is this what is am supposed to see behind the pully? Looks like that clip is out too far.

I stand corrected! As for your blower snout, check the SC oil. Did you have any leak out? usually the blower pulley will spray it under the hood when it leaks. You should be able to see the detent where that clip grabs into. maybe your snout seal has slid forward a little?JasonMiller94SC said:Look again. I assure you there is a clamp on both ends of the hose.
I tried to push the clip back in but it won't budge. The top part just pops back out. Is this terminal for my blower?

Scott Long said:Can I ask how you got the pulley off without pulling off the thermostat housing. I resealed my upper IC tube and blower top yesterday and was going to install my new 10% pulley on my blower but didn't have a replacement t-stat and gasket so I didn't bother trying to remove the pulley.

the-big-e said:I did a 5% on mine and when I tightened the pulley bolt, the pulley was hard to turn.....
The upper left fin / rib was rubbing the inside of the pulley......
It was an easy fix though.....
