But unfortunately I don't. It's just sitting in the driveway collecting pollen! Magnum Powers should receive my blower tomorrow, & hopefully get it back to me in a week or so. I did, however, pick up a new set of rims for my Mustang. They're off an '01 Cobra. Got the wheels & tires on Ebay for $625. Sold the original ones to a guy I work at Sears with for $500. Not too bad, I don't think. I'd like to find a deal on some Mustang center caps. Ford must be REALLY proud of them, cause they want $28 a piece! Hopefully I can snag a set cheap on Ebay.

..Mike,Ford seems to be REALLY proud of everything.....did you see the post about the cost of the moonroof seal from Ford as opposed to the the manufacturer.....and how about the blower oil compared to GM.....I made the mistake of buying a Motorcraft oil filter and sparkplugs/wires from Beach Ford a few yrs ago.....learned my lesson, plus those parts ppl. don't know squat about our cars...most of them were still in jr. high when the MN12 chassis was being built. As a matter of fact, one of them had to ask me,the customer, what a MN12 chassis was.Getting old sucks doesn't it!LOL!!!

hey z i agree with you about beach ford. i've been there 3 times looking for parts and either they don't have it or they don't know what they're talking about.my car is only 10 yrs old. you'd think i was talking some foreign language when i say "superbird".the only word they know is mustang and i don't think they can spell it!

Those wheels look nice Mike!!!!!!!!!! Couldn't you have snapped the caps out of the other wheels and put them on the cobra wheels? You did have the Bullit style 17's didn't you? If you did they might have fit. If you had the silver 5-spokes with the lugs hidden then I guess that wouldn't work.
I really like mustangs too. I'd like to add a black 03 cobra hard top to my collection, maybe after college.
Hope you get your blower back soon and it works this time. Is your alternator back yet?

Thanx, & yeah I had the silver 5-spokes. I didn't let these get away like the last ones did. I did the "buy it now" thing! A couple of weeks ago I got outbid on a brand-new set of these wheels off an '04 GT. I think they really look nice, & no one makes them aftermarket. Not that I've found anyhow.

I really like the sales people at Beach, but I agree about their service. Of course, most dealerships have fairly lousy service depts, not just Beach. And yes, Ford's parts are ridiculous.

Mike I might be able to get you a brand new (less than 500 miles) Eagle F1, I think it is a 275/45/17 cheap. I know it's a stock tire off an 03' Cobra. But it's only 1 though.

Mike, I was at Sears last night and out in the lot was a burgundy GT w/ chrome cobras like that (thought it was yours) then as I got closer I saw it was a drop top and had NC plates. I looked at the wheels, and it had the horse caps in the center. I assume thats the ones you want.

Yep, those are the ones I want. I was working last night, so mine was out there too. Employee parking is out back, facing the Bally's Health Spa.
