snout seal removal in progress

In the middle of replaceing snout seal. The old seal came out in pieces. With the seal removed can you see the exposed bearing? Want to make sure i'm not taking out something that should remain.

yes you can see the bearing.

Make sure you get out all the pieces of the old seal so that debris doesn't get into the bearing.
