I have a 5 spd that has the blockers out. I just bought a new set of Brass blockers for it and am getting ready to install them. I have inspected the rest of the tranny and it looks good. No chipped gears and bearings appear fine. I have a 94 that I changed to a 5 spd and the tranny in it had bad blockers also and I replaced with the same procedure. I have over 5000 miles on it now and it works perfect. The brass blockers make it shift a little slow but work fine and no gear grinding. The extra tranny was to be back up so hadn't been in a hurry to get it done yet. I can do it and have it ready by Sat. if you are a buyer at $450 plus shipping or you pick up.
