A pair of interior problems...

First, my sunroof wind deflector has never worked (since I've had the car). How does the mechanism work in a properly functioning setup? Any pictures?

Second, the motors in the driver's seat are dying a slow and painful death. Any ideas on repairs or replacements? I have to pull the seat forward or push it back when I want to adjust it.

When you pull the seat just check the track for debris (and lube it) - that's what normally slows down the motor and restricts the travel.

Actually, the rear of the seat, the vertical adjustment only moves one side.

Anyone have any description of the sunroof wind deflector mechanism? Pictures?
