I have a set of cobra brake conversion brackets and hub rings as described in this thread below. They are new never been installed. The hub rings let you use mustang cobra rotors with your stock Tbird hubs. $90USD shipped to USA. Paypal accepted.

The cobra rotors have a larger hub size than the SC rotors, so the rings fill that gap to ensure that the rotor is perfectly centered on the hub. The rings are steel.
