Option B: There's a junkyard on the tuscarora reservation in Niagara Wheatfield. It's on Chew road. From Lockport road it's the last right before smokin Joe's. I forgot the name of it. I think it's 2 initials? Anyway, Their prices are decent and they warranty their engines and trannys for so many days. If i remember right it's a U-pull-it.

If you're interested, I got one I could rebuild for ya. Not sure of the condition itis in, but I am asuming it needs rebuilt...

It is form my 93 parts car.

I have built two AODs, (in separate cars, not the same one twice LOL) and no problems out of either of em. Got about 10-12 thousand miles on the one in the 35th.

I would do it relatively cheap, I am just trying to get a few bucks for my current project, and I'm about at the limit my wife is gonna let me spend :( and I'm shy of a few things I want to get.

I figure 150 for the tranny, 150 for the parts, 150 for the labor, and 100 to ship... 50 for a flushed out torque converter if you need it...

So $550-600 shipped might be a little flexible...

Let me know if you are interested, and how quickly you would want it. etc.

PM or sizemoremk AT yahoo.com

Thanks!

i live about 5 mi from that bone yard, and they have gotten quite shady over the last few years about warrantying their parts. i think i'll just wait and leave it sit in storage until i can afford a lentech or art carr or something. this one is going to be my v8 conversion after i get a few things straightened out on my 89 5spd. i picked it up for $400 and the body is CLEAN!!

I'm in western Mass. I have an aod from an XR7that was just gone through. it has the 1 piece input shaft, art carr shift kit and 2800 stall converter. its gotta go. Just taking up space in my garage. I bet it has less than 2000 miles on it. Financial issues are forcing me to part out my XR7. Make a reasonable offer and its yours. - jb7023@yahoo.com
