Fan control box

My last fan motor burned up and have replaced it.....but haven't put the car back on the street yet......

My question is......how can you tell or can you test the fan control box to make sure it's still ok..............the fan motor didn't lock up........just wore out. Any suggestions.

Actually.......what all does that box control.......it's got a butt load of wires in and out of it.

Ok.......just to clarify things......I'm talking about the black box in front of the Air Box.

Any suggestions?
