Now that I can post again, I'm afraid to change my password, to something I can actually remember. Changing my password before, is what got me booted from the forums last time. How safe is it to change passwords? Will I have to subscribe to everything, all over again.

I have a test user setup that has no admin privileges. I successfully changed that user's password via the request for new password and also using the user control panel.

I would go ahead and try to change it. If something goes wrong either Ron or myself will be happy to assist you in getting it straightened back out, no matter how nasty the e-mail is from the user that their password isn't working!!! (Contrary to popular belief Ron and I do not create user problems, we only assist in trying to fix them.)

Be sure when you do re-enter your new password that the field is clear and not autofilled or you'll be typing the new password on the end of the old one and that will not work. Passwords are also case sensitive.
