Polished Upper IC tube and lower tube with Header wrap

I still have my upper IC tube which the raised letters are polished. I also have the lower IC tube which is wrapped in header wrap to deflect some heat. I'd like to get $75 for both tubes plus shipping, but I'm open to offers.
