He has a cam regrind and ported heads.

I wouldn't call them ported heads mike. Calling them polised is a strech I think. They have a valve job, stock valves.

The internals are stock with TS rings.

The cam is
215/224
113* LCA
108* IC (5* advance)
.495"/.520" w/1.73 rockers

What mods did you do to the blower if any? I love the sound of the whine.

The blower is just a stock 1.7L autorotor

With a 20% drivetrain loss, that is almost 400 horsepower.
