Newport News Last Night

I waited for Jen to get off work and we arrived at Newport News just around 12:00 am. As we were getting off the highway it starts to friggen downpour. So we go to Wendy's for a snack and then jump back on the highway and go back to Chesapeake. Waste of gas. It was nice and warm out to so I was hoping there'd be a big crowd. I also wanted to show her Kevin's Lightning.

Kevin, Stephen, were you guys out there last night before the rain hit?

There were a ton of cars pulling out of the spot when we arrived all running for cover to get home. Gotta love rain.

I was there. I talked to the guy with the red lightning that was there the week prior...I didn't see any SC's so I left at 1145...I had to be to work at 7 on Sunday.

I just got my car re-registered...this time to the not-so-great state of VA. I haven't fixed it yet, but I will be out there with my SC this weekend. It will be smoking like hell, anti-freeze leaking on headers from heads. But whatever...need to show up with it sometime... :D

The was a huge crowd last saturday...there were like 15 SRT4 Neons and 7 Fords (I counted them), 300 Honda's, and 2 Toyota's.

I have saturday off so we'll be up there in the SC unless it rains again. But I can be there around 10:30 or 11:00 this time.
