I've set up a small voice chat room (holds 8) -- if there is enough interest I'll look into renting a 200 person one for the SCCOA.

If I see enough interest I'll rent a real server which will be up all the time -- I'll keep this up as much as I can.. it'll be up unless my comp is down (which is rare -- unless comcast is down)
