Double IC

Was hoping to find an inexpencive double IC or someone who could make me one for not too much, i'd also like to get a fan with it if possible, (not a neccesity) i have an extra IC if someone were to build me one... would consiter trades or just straight up buying it, let me know what ya got...PM me or wutangmunkyfu@yahoo.com thanks!
