By local I mean from naples to orlando. I'm gonna do the swap so I'll need about everything clutch plate, flywheel, pressure plate, slave cylinder, driveshaft, wiring harness.
Thanks.

Hi Jake, I have access to 5 speed trannys from a friend in California. They are all in good shape guarnteed. They sell from $400.00 to $700.00 some T5s are also available depending on the miles but they are all good ones no chucks of metal on the magnetic top, Sinchros some better than others but they all shift well. This friend sells me superchargers, and possibly many other things. TJ you are also welcome to these trannys. I got Greg one and ask him how good his is, I'm getting Nick one. I did not get Gregs from California.
I get 60% discount on over the road carriers. That why the Cervinies might cost everyone less due to shipping discounts. I may have some here but would have to be removed and some I do not know the exact condition of, because they are in parts cars and I no longer have the strenth to pull them out. Let me know and I'll do my best for you or anyone. Sometimes it may take as much as 2 to 3 weeks delivery. Let me know.

Best Regards,
Victor and Diane

I think I'll worry about the transmission when I get her running...I know she shifts halfway decent, but when I do the gearing on her...I think I'll think about transmission options.

Thanks Victor but I think I'm gonna keep the auto since I might be racing her a lot more than I expected. I was going to put the manual in just for fun but seeing all these faster cars coming I think I will spend that grand on something a little more helpful at the track. I've got a little something in the works too. This little "thing" should put me in the low 11's. Well I hope so.

Jake definitely keep the auto. Do you remember what Dave said about autos? He was for keeping the auto verses the 5-speed swap. Do yourself a favor and get a Lentech built for 500+ RWHP, Electronic OD delete valve body, and 9 1/2" converter. The Lentech valve body makes an AOD much more entertaining to drive. Won't make it quite as good as a 5-speed but is light years better than the factory slush bucket. You will be able to manually up and down shift at will.

Can't really use that one b/c its a C6. Although it has the right bolt pattern for the 3.8 it will use to much horsepower to turn it. BTW, got the tickets for 3:45 pm saturday :D .
