Mark Has and I are in North Phx/ scottsdale area. I know of some guys on the west side and Mesa. The new housing boom is on the far west side or south. Problem is they sell very fast!

Hey Manny - I'm in Peoria on the far FAR NorthWest side and HIGHLY recommend it. Or, take a look in Surprise or ElMirage. Not much crime out here that I can tell - too darned HOT! A LOT of retirement communities everywhere. Every level of Income too. CaveCreek is the old west going commercial, and Carefree is Upscale filthy rich! Same with Scottsdale. Tempe is a college town(ASU), Mesa is working class. And everywhere, everyday beautiful HOT weather!!! -Tom

we will take the whole weekend to check out many areas plan on staying overnight in bullhead want to gamble,

then we will check out some more areas we have a list of 10 homes to try to check out so next weekend is a copy of this one back to AZ more cruizing around .

we have seen pics of the homes on internet but that never tells you what the town is like .

too bad Im buying a house this money would make one hell of a sc.

have a buyer for our home for $270.000 we only owe $35,000.

so we have muncho down payment looking for a house with a guest house. kids come over all the time - break up- come home to parents/ place for the swedish collage student to live I have to do my part to help out foriegn teenage bikini models. sheesh someone has to help em out of agh erh help em out.

Can I recommend Albuquerque, NM? Great food. Don't let the elevation scare you. We have many, many, CA refugees here already. Come on out and I can take you out house hunting with an airplane. :D

anyone remember me? i had a 1993 red on red SC for about 5 years (sold it march 05) anyway, im moving to glendale, right by luke AFB.. moving in with a friend of mine whom ive known for over 10 years, we grew up together in indiana..

florida is getting too damned expensive and the job market sucks, after losing my last job here ive decided now is the time to get out (or buy my studio apartment for $109,000, can you say RIPOFF?)

anyway i should be out there around july 10th-15th. I've already started the job hunt. I'm selling off a bunch of furniture and stuff, and packing up my Trans Am and making the drive out.

 Yeah ..... I remember you ..... I tried to BUY your car when you had it for sale ..... months went by with no takers and I offered to split the cost of relocating it to AZ, and YOU said something like "ARIZONA SUCKS" and "I wouldn't even wanna VISIT ARIZONA, much less drive a car there", or some such words. :( Funny how life works, huh? Good thing you're not looking for a SuperCoupe, cause there are NONE out here. Thunderbirds are an EastCoast car. Good Luck in the job market too!! :D

Hello neighbor.

Making the move out here in the heat, Huh? Good luck in your travels. As JustinH had put it there are few to none when it comes to SCs. Out here in Surprise, I have seen a few LXs but that is about it. My '89 came from Calif. by way of Ohio, odd story to it. Good luck in your job hunting.

Yea my wife is from Cali...oh how ya doin Pete...anyway yea my wife is from cali..Modesto...her whole family got the hell outta that place cause taxes were so bad. They got tired of the illegals and gangbangers and and the bloodsucking leaches living off the peeps who actually wanted to work for a living as well as trying to raise thier children in a decent environment so they could get an education and actually make a decent life for themselves. Instead they were surrounded by losers with loser mentalities that blamed everyone else for the problems they created themselves. I'm all for help your fellow man and all but that place is just a dead end to depression and lost hope...and thats the success of socialism in the nutshell.. ;) ok I'm off my soapbox now,,anyway's great to see ya Pete...hows "KIT" doin.. ;)

Well, the job market here is GREAT if you happen to work in a chop-shop! Phoenix was recently designated the #2 stolen car city in the nation!

my car is doing fine, heres a pic from a few weeks ago after i got the bumpers painted.

Im moving out there because i can live out there cheaper than i can live here ($400/mo vs $1000+/mo for rent and utils)

i just hope i can find something out there. im having trouble finding anything decent out here now.
