I would say no, The only difference would be that your maf would be in sheer extasy noticeing increased air coming in, and would increase fuel squirting as necessary. So in short, its not tune time, its miller time.

No, but you may have to re-adjust the TPS voltage, because the aftermarket TBs are slightly different than the stock ones.
