I would like to know just how to "Restart the Oil change light" Sorry for the noob question. Thanks

Ok....

There is a small hole on the left side of the display. Here is the procedure:

1) Turn car on and DO NOT START....

2) Within 15 seconds of turning the key on...insert paperclip end into hole straight in.

3) Hold there until the oil change lights start flashing.

4) Release and the oil change status should read "OK".

Drive car as normally. Also, don't go by this as an oil change indicator, the sensor in the pan get crappy and will read change oil with 500 miles on some.

These cars should have oil changes every 2500 miles (just like any other car).

Unless your running synthetics then its every 5000. They say its good for 14000 but we all know thats horsedung!

If you like to change oil for fun, I suppose 2500 works. If you don't, then the normal 5000 mile Ford interval works just as well. I have 190,000 on the clock in Texas heat with regular 5K changes from day 1 with no blowby, top or bottom end problems.
