A question about tires

I am thinking of replacing my 225/60/16s with 255/50/16s. I was wondering if i would have to modify any components or if they will fit without any complications? They are considerably wider and I'm not sure if there is enough room on the inside between the tire and suspension parts. It seems as if the inside of the tire wiil scrub.

I am running 245/50R16 with no problems. I have also lowered it 1.5". No rub or bad side effects. I cant see 255 being a problem. I have heard of other guys runnin them. Good luck
