Buzzing sound when cold from plenum area

The last couple of days when I start my car up to go to work, I have this buzzing sort of noise that happens when the engine is under load. It doesn't happen when idleing or just maintining speed but when accelerating as in shifting. I looked under the hood and advanced the throttle and the sound seems to be coming from the inlet plenum area or the EGR tube area. I guess the logical thing would be and EGR tube exhaust leak, but I don't see any reason why it would start all of a sudden.

Any ideas?
