help with rebuild

he everyone i'm turning 18 years old this summer, and i bought my car just around october and i need some help because i dont really no what i need to do to rebuild the engine. it has 300k and i put KnN and exhaust thats it. just want to do a rubuild sometime soon before the summer so i can take it to the track. thank alot guys

it might be easier to by a long block, but rebuilds take time and a lot of patience, the right tools are a must if your going to do it yourself, there are plenty of people out there to help you out, cruz around this site, you can find threads for rebuilding these motors
