What are some of the brake options out there (kits) that would improve braking?
If I remember correctly I could go with stock rotors but with 2 piston mustang calipers.
Then there was the Mark 8 upgrade with the 11.5" rotors
And then there are a few 13" upgrades for the front.
In the rear, I think you can just use a 11.5" rotor from a cobra or Bill E has a 12" rotor.... both with the stock caliper?
Did I miss anything? I've got 17x9" wheels with 255-50-ZR17 tires on it. I've noticed that since upgrading to the heavier wheels braking isn't as sharp as it used to be and my rears are shot. So I'm looking to do the fronts and rears. I just wanted to know what is out there again and should I even upgrade? Maybe I can get good performance from a stock setup with the right pads and right slotted rotors or somthing.
BTW, I'm still running the T-bird Bolt pattern.
