I just did the head gaskets on my stepmoms 3.8 mustang,and now it doesn't run right. It has a slight rough idle, misses at about 1000 rpm. When you rev it up from idle the miss is very noticable. It then seems to clear out in the uper rpm range. Then as you drive it for a while it gets worse and starts to surge and have a complete lack of power. It almost acts like it is flooding over. Then the cats start to make a rattle noise. This all starts over from the begining when you shut the car off and let it cool off. I put new plugs in it when I put the heads back on. I have checked them all since and they all look good. The car is a 95 and has 42000 miles on it. Any help would be appriaciated. thanks.
