It's was raining very heavly here for a few days (I'm below sea level so it's ankle deep ) -- well I went out to start it, and it had a hard time starting and maintaining it's idle -- until I started to drive it, then it was fine ... Then I got to where I was going, parked out -- came out 10 minutes later and went to start it, and it wouldn't turn over (still raining) -- I hit the gas peddle a few times, then tried to start it -- and it started up, I'm guessing no fuel was being delivered to the engine ... bad fuel pump? ... I hate this car.
