Dyno Tune in Bay Area

Looking for a shop that will do Dyno Tune on 92 SC that has a EEC Tuner with Fred file that is close.
I may try Apex Motor sports and let them remove the EEC Tuner and install their SCT chip. Has anyone else in the Bay Area used their Dyno Service ?
