Just put hb on. Would like to fire engine for a minute before I put pulley on and other parts to make sure it runs. What do you think?

it would work but with a battery charger constantly charging the batter... and u turning the water pump... something like that...

If its a minute, you'll be fine. If its 10 minutes, I wouldn't advise it.
