Power Windows

Looking to find Power Window assemblies to fit my 90 XR7, Both motors on mine seem to work fine..........but, the windows just sit there looking stupid. The drivers side actually chugs a bit, but nothing more. 1 more thing...........how the hell do I get them out ? Do I have to drill out those pop-rivets? :confused:
