Fel Pro headgasket question

installing headgaskets on my 91SC..does it matter which way you put the headgaskets on? I know it says "front" but you could turn the gasket upside down, other side looks shinier than other..all the holes line up exactly same regardless which way the gasket sits on the block...thanks!

It doesn't matter.. just put front to the front.

The holes for the coolant passages are slightly different in size. I believe they increase in size towards the back of the engine –I could be wrong though, so check.

Your right.... You have to make sure your using the gaskets the right way to allow coolant flow to the back of the motor and up into the heads at the back and flow forward.... Otherwise your gonna have a major cooling problem.
