Antilock/brake light stays on.

My antilock/brake light seems to stay on after I start the car, it never seems to shut off, I checked my fluid res and it seems to be full. Can this be associated with my multi function switch in any order? as I just switched it out to a used one, mine was on the fritz. Or is it the abs pump?
any input would be appreciated.

Mine stayed on also. I had the car into the ford dealer and they checked it out and told me the right wheel sensor was bad. I had already replaced the left a while back when one of my mechanics had rebuilt the front end. It is a real easy fix if that is the problem
