i need a set of cheap long tube headers, any sugestions would help.

I'm assuming you want some for a SC and not a nissan right 
? It seems that the only company that makes long tube headers for our cars is Kooks. You can find them a SCP for about $650 a pair. You can get some mustang headers but you will have to modify them to fit. I know Wynn aka Tb88 is making shorty or mid length headers that are cheaper than Kooks. I've seen them first hand and they are excellent quality . Either way, there really are no "cheap" headers for our cars .

You can run 12's with ported stock manifolds.
