Here is the problem. Car starts and runs good. The only thing, every time the boost gauge goes over 0, i.e. to the boost side the car starts shaking, so does the RPM gauge -jumps up and down...
Any ideas what that can be and how to fix it???

Have you changed anything since it was last running good.

Good question, Jason! I have. I changed a cam sensor, but I put a used one on. The car start doing it and I put my previous one back on. It was still doing it, still shaking. Do you think it has anything to do with it??? It is strange, why it wasn't shaking before if that's a cam sensor causing problems?

Seeing as you haven't got that car tuned yet with all those addons, I wouldn't be surprised its happening considering your probably so leaned out its literally stalling out on you when you hit the boost.

Just thought I'd say it again..... Get it tuned, its not gonna run right until you do, or your just going to keep throwing parts at it for nought.

Actually, this may or may not be a tuning issue. If it's not a tuning issue, you're just going to waste your time and Dave's time if you try to get him to tune it.

Could it be that you're getting detonation and the knock sensor is actually working and pulling timing?

What are you running for injectors? What about plugs?

Cheers,

Sean

Thanks guys for all that help.
I am still running stock 30 pounders and regular Ford injectors... I had car tuned before I start modding it and it was running just fine for a while, lean, but fine. And than, all of sudden, it's doing that.

You had it tuned before the ported blower and what not and it was lean? You might want to pull the plugs and check em . . . maybe you melted one.

99% chance it is the plug wires. Anytime a plug boot burns or pops off the car jerks above 5psi. Check each plug boot for soft areas indicating it was overheated. Recheck the clips on the boots as they will sometimes open up and not allow the wire to clip onto the sparkplug.

Guys, thank you for your help! It was a loose plug wire...I forgot that I unpluged them while changing a cam sensor. So, I one not connected properly. ;) At least I got good millege - 450 km hwy driving on almost half tank... :D

So if I pull off 2, I'll get 900 km to a tank?

Make sure you dab the plug "nipple" with silicon grease each time you re-connect a plug wire. You'll thank yourself at the next plug change and the "click" is pronounced when the wire is connected.
