What to do before installing my longblock?

I just picked up my "new" (to me) long block for my SC. It has been sitting a little while with no oil pan or intake on it, and some other little things, I just want to make sure I get everything done the right way the first time. The oil pickup tube is also unbolted and I don't know if I have the bolts from that block. Where can I get new bolts? I just want to get tips and pointers of what to do to prep it and have it ready to install. I'll use the oil pan and other stuff off of my 93 block (blew HGs) and put it onto this 91 engine I got. Any and all information would be appreciated, this is my first major engine project.

*EDIT* It's also missing the timing cover, I can reuse mine, but is there anything I should do specially since it's been sitting without one?

Thanks in advance,
Nick
