Who's in for dinner on Saturday night?

Hey guys

Since David Dalke (XR7 Dave) will be in town this weekend to perform dyno tuning, we're thinking about getting together on Saturday evening (July 16) for dinner, somewhere in the GTA.

EDIT: OK, I've made a reservation for 12 people at 7:00 pm on Saturday evening at:

This is in the plaza on the northeast corner of Steeles Avenue and Keele Street.



I'd just like to get an idea on how many people would attend, so we can make appropriate reservations. So please post on this thread if you can attend.

there is a place called Turtle jakes in bramton from what i hear it's good.
lets find something better then where we have meets as most of those places can not take on a large number or kept the serves up all night with the number of people that I'm sure we will have.
The offer idea is tukers market place not sure what the cost will be but i think it's a little high on saturday.

Tucker's it's a serve yourself all you can eat buffet.The wife and i went there it was good but she can eat her money's worth(i was laughing with her about that).It was very good food as i remember. :)

Tukers is over 20$ a person as well I dont think they will take a reservation so I think thats a no go there.
A good bar place will work the best.
If others have ideas lets here them .

What did everyone think about that place we went to about 2 years ago,they had pool tables and arcade games and such.Cant really remember how the food was but they had lots of room there.

I spoke with Dave at about 3:20 PM today, and he had only been on the road about twenty minutes. He's likely to be a little later than we originally anticipated.

He's going to phone me for the address of the restaurant sometime around 6:30 or 7:00 PM, when he gets closer.

Hopefully he won't be too late this evening to get a chance to meet with everyone who has committed to coming.
