Not getting spark on cold starts????

Latley my car has been having really hard starts when i let it cool off. IF i let it sit overnight it would be really hard to start in the morning. When it did start it would let out a big puff of black/blue smoke and smell like gasoline so I asume that the reason it didn't start is because there is no spark. Also when i would crank it and let the key back there would be poping sounds from the engine... This morning i went to start it and it won't start at all. Any ideas as to where i should start looking???
Thanks for any help.

PS.
things i have replaced:
crank sensor
cam sensor
spark plugs

Fuel Injector leak?

try holding the gas pedal to the floor for about 30 seconds before you try to start it in the morning.

I tried holding down the gas pedal but it didn't help... I also checked for codes and got 18 and 67. Any ideas???

Did you get the car to start yet? If not watch for the upshift light while cranking. Does the tach register any rpms while cranking?
