Check Engine Light ON AND OFF

My check engine light keeps comming on and then off. It comes on when I am on the highway! It comes on for about 15 min and then shuts off! I put my scanner up to it and I pulled a 214! It said My Cylinder ID circut falt! What does that mean? ANyone have this problem? PM me back!

Classic Cam Sensor trouble, I would check your wiring, if wirings okay, then replace the sensor.
