Drill 2 sizes W or 23/64 clearance holes through the upper & lower motor mount brackets. After putting in a new insulator You should start the with a #30 or 1/8 drill through the bottom plate & use your final drill size to transfer location then disassemble & drill the top plate with #30 or 1/8 then to full size.
Then put the bolts through with washer bolts are grade 8 with hardened washers. I put some rubber under them so they would not rattle.
Hardware list 2pcs 3/8-16 4 or 4 & 1/2 hex head bolts 2 self locking nuts & 4 washer do not tighten them as they only should contact when the rubber lets the motor raise up. Look at the pictures.
