Anniversary edition SC '90! How much hp!?

Tell me how much horsepower there is in anniversary edition SC !? The same as the normal SC ?? One guy is claiming that Ford manufactured a special anniversary edition which was more powerfull than the normal SC...According what he says there is 286hp in this model. He said Ford made about 3000 of these cars. Is he right?

all the 90 SC's are the same performance wise, yes they did make about 3000 any edition birds. the only differences were wheels, paint, and interior
