Some of you might know im having fitment issues with my total seal gapless rings on my 20 over block. Anywho, long story short my machinist recomended I go with 30 over rings and file them down to size...so im looking for a decent ring filer...manual, b/c electric ones are hella expensive. Anywho, these are my two choices so far...which would you choose?

Summit w/120 grit stone $49:

I'd get the cheaper Summit one. Looks like the same tool to me, not a nickles difference in the two. The grit size isn't an issue. John
