Jason was great to deal with. He was patient in receiving my payment which I chose to "snail" mail to him and had no problem letting me use my UPS account for the shipping so I could take advantage of my discount. My purchase was promptly shipped upon his receipt of my payment.
What impressed me most was the extra step he took in double boxing my package to prevent damage. I am certain if he hadn't my item would have not made it across the country, intact, if at all.
On a scale of 1-10, Jason gets a 10+ from me.
