Hey guys, the house is done we are moved in, well, mostly anyway.. I've got DSL out here in the sticks.. ain't very good I might add, best they could do is 1.5Mb... Sucks!! ... I miss my cable connection..

If anyone comes to visit make sure you drive the 4x4, especially the next week or so... all this rain has made the road so bad I am not even going to take the SC out of the garage..

Take care all more soon!!

Funny...they say the same thing about me...maybe for different reasons. Glad to hear you're finished, and have RETURNED (that's for you, Rick). If you need any help with whatever, I don't think I'm too far still, and I'm not exactly working at the moment.

Rock on...

No. Sorry Jake. I got into a fight with the people there because they treated me like I was a complete idiot. If I knew something, they figured I didn't and gave my job to someone else, and if I didn't know something, they just figured I didn't know anything. The hours were rediculous and it was taking a toll on my body. I don't mind a little ribbing or bad jokes, just don't make me out to be some sort of moron.

I'm probably going back to the Depot, or look for something else. The good news, even though I was only at the shop for a little under 3 months, was that I learned so much. Maybe they figured I was dumb because I asked a lot of questions, but I figure whether it's history, gardening, or cars, the only way to learn is hands on and by asking questions. So I know a lot more than I did before going in, which will definitely help in rebuilding the bird, which I have put on hold because I just didn't have the time or money to do it. I may have to move soon and therefore have taken some much needed time away from classes, so if I can get the thing running by Christmas or Silver Springs, one year later than I had originally planned, then I guess I'm in good shape. I have much more time to devote to the car...as well as some other things. When she's up and running, and I can make sure all the kinks are worked out, I am planning on taking her to Boca Raton to have her tinkered with at a new performance shop down there...or maybe, if both of our schedules permit, I can head up to Ocala and check out Victor's new endevour. That's still a while off, however, but all in all I am still glad I now understand the workings, barely, of a combustion engine.
