exhaust

I was searching this site for a good exhaust system. I know people have different sounds they like, but I was wanting to know the best overall system to run to get the least back pressure. I will probably use a Borla or Flowmaster muffler. What do you guys prefer to get the least amount of backpressure, since i read on here it is one of the biggest contributers to head gasket failure.
