How well will this work with stock 30# injectors and stock throttle body?

You will need to have the car tuned regardless of the injectors. As for the throttle body, it will work, you would just go from 80mm back down to stock size(60mm?). I recommed upgrading your throttle body to a 70mm or 75mm.
