On July 19 I ordered some shirts from this gentleman as gifts, and specified the sizes needed. When I received the order, none of the items were sized correctly, so I immediately contacted him to get the right sizes. I let Mr Brusse know that there was a time deadline here and that I needed the items by a specified date.
I have yet to receive the items ordered, and the refund for the overpayment has not taken place as well. Paypal refused to allow a refund claim, so I was left with filing a complaint with the US Postal Inspectors.
