Injectors?

i believe they will only pulse when cranking , could it be crank sensor , i would check for spark also if its sparking crank sensor is prob ok , maybe black wire to injectors isnt grounded

It is sparking but a friend of mine at the local ford dealership said it maybe the constant control relay. is that the same as the ircm?

The injectors are fired off the EEC directly. If your TPS is bad it can cause the EEC to think that the throttle is open in which case it will shut off the injectors.

Either that or you may have a shorted out/disconnected wiring harness.

replaced the tps but the both eec's original and the spare arent responding to the code reader

I have had the throttle position sensor not calibrated right.
And my car never show any codes.

Just had a bad idle, some times a cold start idle & it would
changes and idle bad when warmed up and die at stop signs.

If you changed the TPS, you will need to reset the voltage
at .950 to less than 1. volt.

this is how I did mine.

Turn the throttle screw out until it does not touch,Then stick
a peice of paper between the throttle cable arm and screw.
Turn screw clock wise ,until the paper has drag on it between
the screw and throttle cable arm. Then slide the paper out.
This should set the throttle body blade inside of the throttle body
completely closed.

Next loosin the two TPS screws just a little. You may need
to remove the IAC first, to get the two TPS screws loose.
Then re-install the IAC.

Have a digital meter.Set on 12 volts or set on mili volts.Take
the red probe from the meter and stick a paper clip into the middle
wire on the throttle position sensor plug-in.Press the red probe
aganst the paper clip or middle TPS wire. And press the black
prob from the meter to ground. With the key on,you should have
a reading of less than one volt down to .950 volt.

Next if you do not have a .950 volt reading.Turn the Throttle
position sensor left or right, until the voltage gets to .950 volt.
Once you get to the the .950 volt or higher.Tighten the two
throttle position sensor screws down. Then recheck voltage.
You may need to drill or file the two screw holes larger.to
get the TPS to turn far enough to adjust.

Next unplug the IAC Idle Air Control.

Next try to start car.You may need help from someone to
hold throttle open to get or keep running.Let warm up two
minutes or more.

Next adjust the throttle adjustment screw next to the
throttle cable clock-wise about 1 1/2 to 2 turns what ever
it takes to get it to a smooth idle at the RPM level your happy
with.

These step will reset the throttle position sensor and you idle.

When you adjust the throttle cable this can throw the TV
cable adjustment off.So if you transmission shifts a little softer.
You SHOULD adjust the TV cable to be a couple nochs tighter.
Then test drive.

You can buy a digital tester from Wal-Mart or car part store
for $25.00
