is my inside supercharger casing supose to be really rough? it is really rough and i was wondering if i am going to have to do some sanding?

Most end up rough because of debris that enters the system. My theory is that sometimes people don't get the airfilter installed in the box properly and that dirt and oil enter through there also could be carbon and deposits from the PCV system.

They should be smooth but debris inside the blower will scrape the inside of the casing as the rotors turn. However, do not sand the insides smooth. The rough casing probaby will seal better than a smooth one which has been sanded. Sanding it will open up the clearance between the tips of the rotors and the casing. If it bothers you, replace the casing.
