Calibrating butt dyno

I was hoping someone could tell me what I should expect as far as HP and Torque considering my 89 is stock with the exception of a 2.5/3.0 Maganflow resonator (stock pipes) into Dynomax Super Turbos. I still have the silencer and have non-synthetic 20/50 oil. I will likely save up for Dalke's 1.7 AR and don't want to do mods that will end up on ebay. What should my next mod be considering I want a fast, quiet touring car? I am not thinking about dumping weight or going nuts on performance. The engine has 158k miles. Maybe a double IC? I have decided against gears too. The bird feels stronger but the pants needs a benchmark. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Check out my member's page. All the engine mods I have done so far, I've done with the AR in mind. Like you, I don't want to waste money on something that I can't use with the AR. All I have left at this point is to get larger injectors and I'm ready for the AR.
