I've got some pretty small bits for my Dremel tool. I can take a crack at it.

Oh wait, you are talking about the 1:24 scale stuff, right? :p :D

what kind of a port job do you want?
If it's gasket matching and polishing you want I can do that for you I did mine for about a 25RWHP gain this was along with a 5% pulley and a 76MM maf.
Let me know if your intrested I know can even do a better set now after reading more.

How much to do a set of heads (like above)? I may be interested in having a set done. I have a spare set just lying around from a 90SC.

Let me know...

The most important thing to remember is that on a supercharged car you have enough intake, you need to do the most work on the exhaust side of the heads.Cleaning up the casting helps a bit but is not really doing the job,a larger exhaust valve and bowl work is very important. If you dont have access to a flow bench you are just guessing though. :D

I was going to hold back from posting but I will now.
Any one that opens the heads up on the exhaust side on SC heads is not going to be happy at all because all ready there over sized. There is still work that can be done to help them flow with out any problems.
On the intake side you can do some porting and polishing and then you have bowl work you can do this is your biggest gain there.
I'm not going to post just what I do on porting heads since that would make it a waste for me doing all that read on how to port heads.

A lot of people fell you need a flow bench yes it would be nice but if your just looking to get better flow and free up wasted power then why would you want to pay for that time on useing the flowbench. Thats why you pay the money you do for stag or coy heads. I will say right now that Yes I will use a flowbench when I do my next set of heads for my build up but thats only because I'm going for all out flow and power.

If anyone is still wanting to get head ported fell free to PM me and we can talk more there. and if some fell I dont know what i'm talking about oh well.

Jason, first off i never said that you did not know what you are doing.Secondly,i have seen many a people on this board and others pay for a set of ported heads and get them flowed and really see that they actually lost flow rather than gain. There is more to porting than just removing material,i have been at my friends shop and seen the flow #'s look good then with a little bit of material removed at the wrong place the numbers drop drastically.Other than just removing the casting material and the ridge around the valve seat and unshrouding the valves you are just guessing at what you are doing without a flow bench.Prove me wrong,i would much rather flow them and know then just be guessing at #'s.

If you are slighted by my post i am sorry, but i am not stating anything other than the truth.

Play nice folks or the thread will be locked. All sides please read and abide by my request.

Diehard.....Please read the Forum rules about what kinds of the things send up the red flag and will continue to get your posts edited. Frankly I have better things to do with my time but with that said I will do what is necessary to keep the board headed in the right direction. Thank you.
