Looking for feedback if anyone has purchased a set of the stage two or three heads from Super Six Motorsports for the SC. Stage Three looks to be the direction I want to go.

Rich, check with Doug Fraleigh, I think he has heads done by SSM. I sold him a Comp reground cam and a pair of 95 heads I had a couple years ago. He's still around somewhere... :)

Thanks for the input guys. I was looking for someone with first hand experience with the Stage two or three heads. Also if someone has a link to pictures and or a tech article I would be interested in it.

I bought a set of supersix heads for around 1000.00. They flowed something like 228 intake and 189 exhaust if i remember correctly (stage 3)
LOL I JUST REALIZED YOU ALREADY HAD FLOW NUMBERS POSTED

I ended up selling them cause I was in a money Bind for a short period ,to a friend that was putting a SC motor in his mustang

He had the following components from what I know

Remanned shortblock bored 30 over
Magnaport 2 blower/inlet (with a lil extra porting)
Spearco Intercooler (it was made for SCs for a short period)
Supersix heads and a Dr Fred cam
75mm tb and a 76mm maf
10% blower pulley

(there may have been other minor mods such as top/underdrives)

I was there when he had it dynoed at Larocca's performance

His dyno numbers were 327rwhp and 401 torque
those numbers ring a bell in my head

The car has performed very well and I would say the heads are a very good buy for the price

I think he may have raised his price since i purchased from him
The price was 1050.00 for the stage 3s
When I purchased the heads from him

I dont have Tom's heads on my car, but I go to his shop regularly and I must say he does fine work. Of course thats why his heads aren't cheap, but they are very nice.
