Scam or not? What do you guys think?

Guys do you think this is a possible scam or not.

My 2 cents worth? if you have $35 bucks to pi$$ away, what the hell. However, I am curious why you need to send them money to take surveys online. If they're out there, you can certainly spend some time and find them yourself.

My daughter gets these surveys every now and then. She said she gets about 10 cents for each one she qualifies for and fills out. I have to tell you she isn't making any money this way

This is what I use. I've made about 100 bucks of profit in my first time. My best friend from the military has already made over 3 grand. You have to be careful with these types of programs, but you can make money if you're smart. Sooner or later they all turn out bad, you just have to know when to get out.
