its a 92s/c , auto 130k miles 2yrs old on rebuilt motor, 1 yr old rebuilt super charger, original owner, the title says him, and previous owner was the for dealer issued in 92! red with gray leather all options, paid 1350.00 , it need tires and brake work. ?

How does it look? Is it all stock or what? I paid $1100 fo mine and it had 140K miles and really no problems other than the paint's faded and what not, and it has a wierd SC bumper on it that i've never seen.

the paint needs a buffing, the interior needs some shampoo the leather looks good, it needs allignment, tires and front brake work, but its totally stock! its making a whinning noise under the hood at idle...? is the supercharger whinning even if your not in boost, @idle?

No, but it's probably the power steering pump. If you said the blower was rebuilt than it should be okay.
